Membership
• Swiss individuals and Swiss companies in the Netherlands as well as Dutch individuals and Dutch companies with relevant business relations to Switzerland (middle and upper management)
• Self-employed Swiss, Swiss opinion leaders and Swiss scientists in The Netherlands
• Membership upon personal invitation by the board
Programme
• four events per year (spring, summer, autumn, winter)
Financial aspects
• Effective cost of events will be covered by participating members and sponsoring
• Upon registration of SBC.NL as a formal association: the bulk of the cost of events will be covered through a yearly membership fee and sponsoring (amount to be defined)
Organisation
No legal form at this moment. It is the intention to set up the Swiss Business Club Netherlands as a formal association under the Dutch law (registered in the Chamber of Commerce trade register) by November 2012.
